In September 2025 Watts of Lydney Group Limited completed a corporate restructuring. Watts Truck & Van Limited and the properties it occupies have been demerged to form a new group: Watts Truck Holdings Limited. This restructuring enables both businesses to pursue their own strategies. Watts Truck & Van will continue to focus on its core activities as a DAF distributor and leading provider of transport services in South Wales. The existing overal ownership structure remains unchanged.
