Piers is a sixth generation family member, and John’s son. He joined the Watts Group Board as non-executive Director in 2005, and he also became a Board member at Plysolene in 2016. His expertise is in understanding how to unlock the people potential of the Group and in developing the marketing capability of our brands.

Background & Experience:

Piers has over 20 years’ experience in professional development, organisational change, brand innovation, and marketing. He has worked around the world with a range of clients such as Unilever, Nestle, Masterfoods, Ford, CPW, Coca-Cola, McCann World Group and Anglepoise. Piers is a founder and director of MakingChangeWork which is an attitude and behaviour change consultancy. He is also an accredited transformative coach and skilled in a multitude of leadership and change approaches.
