Andrew is Managing Director of Watts Urethane Ltd. He joined Urethane in 2016 as Operations Director and became MD in 2019, and is now responsible for the overall development and growth of the business.
Andrew has over 25 years of manufacturing and leadership experience from a broad range of industries.
His career started in the Medical device industry with MedLogic Ltd as a manufacturing technician, this quickly changed to Supervisory Management roles within the company. He then moved on to spend several years working for a start-up subsidiary of the NCR Corporation (Fluiditi Ltd.) as the Manufacturing and Operations Manager. Part of his role was to set-up and manage production sites in Plymouth, Dundee and California to feed electronic theft detection systems into ATM’s and cash transporting providers. As the business grew, his role expended to product development and business management.
