With 12 different sites totalling in excess of 400,000 sq ft of prime space, The Watts of Lydney Group is responsible for the management and letting of properties to both a number of the Watts Group subsidiary companies and external tenants. It is currently carrying out a programme of development and refurbishment on a number of its managed premises.
