Watts Urethane interviewed some of their longest standing members of staff to find out what they thought about working at Watts, how their role has changed over the years and what they enjoy about living and working in the Forest of Dean. They are proud to have members of the team that have been with them for 25 years through to 43 years and they’ve all held various roles over this time, learning on the job and taking opportunities as they’ve arisen.
